Full-Time (1 day Cambridge office / 4 days remote)

About You

You have at least 2 years, demonstrable experience in a community, growth, marketing, or content position.

You've been responsible for managing social media accounts with 000's of followers.

You’re an excellent written communicator. You’ve written engaging social media posts and blog content with proven results.

You’re solid at managing your own time, prioritising work and juggling fast-moving and unexpected projects.


Things You’ll Do

Engage with the Ko-fi's community of artists and creators wherever they are online.

Manage our social media presence and help answer members questions wherever they ask for help.

Plan, research, write and publish content to amplify Ko-fi use-cases, encourage adoption of features and ultimately grow free and paid membership.

Help recruit new members at scale and grow the use of Ko-fi amongst existing members.

Seek out opportunities to partner with online services, organisations and influencers who add value to the Ko-fi community and grow the platform.

Listen to community sentiment, identify growth opportunities, trends, emergent opportunities and product improvement ideas.
